Product Manager - internal tools (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Timber Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Phoenix, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
