Product Manager - internal tools (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Amber Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Phoenix. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
