Product Manager - internal tools (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Meadow Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting.
