Product Manager - internal tools (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Vista Markets is a Philadelphia retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
