Product Manager - internal tools (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Keystone Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
