Product Manager - internal tools (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vista Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
