Product Manager - internal tools (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Orlando, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
