Product Manager - internal tools (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Orlando. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
