Product Manager - internal tools (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meadow Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
