Product Manager - internal tools (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Amber Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
