Product Manager - internal tools (Oakland, CA)

Amberfield Harbor Care Services Partners is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
