Product Manager - internal tools (New Orleans, LA)

Fernwood Field Markets Partners serves neighbourhoods around New Orleans with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
