Product Manager - internal tools (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Clear Banking Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 622 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
