Product Manager - internal tools (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Oak Facilities looks after properties across the New Orleans region, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
