Product Manager - internal tools (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Thistle Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 858 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
