Product Manager - internal tools (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Linden Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
