Product Manager - internal tools (Nashville, TN)

Bright Linden Facilities is a facilities company in Nashville with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
