Product Manager - internal tools (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Sparrow Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Nashville with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
