Product Manager - internal tools (Minneapolis, MN)

Fernwood Quill Banking Services is a regional lender in Minneapolis with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
