Product Manager - internal tools (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Minneapolis with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
