Product Manager - internal tools (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Fernwood North Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
