Product Manager - internal tools (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Summit Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
