Product Manager - internal tools (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Thistle Medical designs and makes medical devices in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
