Product Manager - internal tools (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meridian Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
