Product Manager - internal tools (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ember Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
