Product Manager - internal tools (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Pine Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Milwaukee, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
