Product Manager - internal tools (Miami, FL)

Silverline Thistle Medical is a Miami company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
