Product Manager - internal tools (Miami, FL)

Harborlight North Medical is a Miami company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
