Product Manager - internal tools (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Miami. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
