Product Manager - internal tools (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Pharma Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
