Product Manager - internal tools (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Juniper Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
