Product Manager - internal tools (Madison, WI)

Stonegate Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Madison with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
