Product Manager - internal tools (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Sparrow Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 391 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
