Product Manager - internal tools (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Care Services Partners and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
