Product Manager - internal tools (Louisville, KY)

Summit Ivory Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Louisville serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
