Product Manager - internal tools (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Cedar Facilities looks after properties across the Little Rock region, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
