Product Manager - internal tools (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Basin Facilities Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
