Product Manager - internal tools (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Pike Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Knoxville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 894 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
