Product Manager - internal tools (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Jacksonville, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
