Product Manager - internal tools (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Meridian Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Jacksonville, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
