Product Manager - internal tools (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Sable Financial Partners is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
