Product Manager - internal tools (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Haven Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Jackson, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 314 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
