Product Manager - internal tools (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Willow Insurance Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 471 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
