Product Manager - internal tools (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Indianapolis, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
