Product Manager - internal tools (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Associates is a Indianapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 455 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
