Product Manager - internal tools (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Ridge Insurance Associates is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on internal tools for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
