Product Manager - internal tools (Indianapolis, IN)

Summit Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Indianapolis, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
