Product Manager - internal tools (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vale Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be internal tools. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
