Product Manager - internal tools (Houston, TX)

Ironwood Ember Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Houston, and we need a Product Manager to lead our internal tools. You would join a large organisation of about 913 people based in Houston. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
