Product Manager - internal tools (Houston, TX)

Westbrook Meadow Medical is a Houston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Houston. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
